Project Solution

Somincor currently produces copper, zinc and lead concentrates. The ore is processed on site and the tailings are deposited at the Cerro do Lobo Waste Facility, about 3 km from the mines.

This project consisted of carrying out the electrical installation and instrumentation for the RZ circuit at the zinc plant, complemented by the supply and assembly of the electrical installation in the ventilation chimney and the extension of the medium voltage network.
