EST, S.A., in the course of its commercial activity, needs to collect some data from its customers, suppliers and other interested parties, however, respects the right to privacy and does not collect any personal information without prior consent.The EST SGPS, S.A Group Privacy and Cookies Policy serves a clear understanding of how we collect, use, share and protect the personal data of our customers, suppliers and other interested parties.Grupo EST SGPS, S.A does not commercialize personal data of the customers, suppliers and other interested parties.

Your data will be collected and processed by EST, S.A with NIF 502 359 196 and head office at Rua da Granja, 10B, Boa Vista, 2420-397 LEIRIA. 3.Personal Data – what are they? What data are collected and processed by EST, S.A.?

Personal data means any information, of any nature whatsoever and independently of its support, relating to an individual, directly or indirectly, identified or identifiable (data subject).

The collection and processing of personal data by EST, S.A has the following purposes:

4.1) Customer Management: since EST, SA is dedicated to the provision of services, the processing of its data is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or service provision to be celebrated or for the performance of pre-contractual customer requests, such as budgeting.
Personal data collected for this purpose will be kept for 2 years of inactivity.

4.2) Marketing or Telemarketing: this treatment of personal data will be carried out only with the express consent of the holder, provided especially at the moment of admission / subscription in our magazine ESTMagazine, through the form (adhesion link) or when subscribing to our newsletter. If you agree, you will receive marketing communications via email. We may share the personal data collected with third parties that manage social networks, such as Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, for the purpose of conducting marketing campaigns through social networks.
Consent for the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be revoked at any time by the owner.
Personal data collected for this purpose will be kept for 2 years of inactivity.

4.3) Video surveillance: EST, S.A facilities have a video surveillance system, properly signalled. The installation of this system is a result of the Private Security Law (Law no. 34/2013, of May 16, art. 8 no. 2) and it is a legal obligation aimed at the protection of people and property. The image recordings obtained by video surveillance systems shall be kept, in a coded record, for a period of 30 days counted from the respective capture, after which they are destroyed (without prejudice to conservation for a longer period in case of legal proceedings).

4.4)Recruitment: EST, S.A, during the personnel selection and recruitment process, collects and processes the personal data of the respective candidates, who, by express consent, may be transmitted to other Group companies. The personal data of any candidate will be kept for 5 years.
The personal data will also be processed to answer the questions, suggestions and complaints presented by the respective owner.
