It was with great pleasure that we visited Vulcain’s headquarters in Paris on 15, 16 and 17 June.
This visit brought together colleagues from the Accounting and Finance departments, creating an environment for sharing experiences, knowledge and best practices. More than simply getting to know a new organisation, it was an opportunity to strengthen relationships, understand different ways of working and bring teams closer together, despite the distance and while sharing the same objectives.
Over the three days, meetings, working sessions and moments of exchange promoted knowledge sharing, the exchange of best practices and reflection on different approaches and working processes. It was an enriching experience that helped strengthen collaboration between teams and create new opportunities for learning and development.
We believe that initiatives such as this are essential for reinforcing international collaboration, encouraging mutual learning and promoting a culture based on proximity, trust and continuous improvement.
It was a highly enriching experience, both professionally and personally, which gave us new perspectives, new ideas and brought our teams closer together.
A special thank you to the Vulcain team for the excellent welcome, kindness and availability shown throughout these days. The warm way in which we were received contributed to a truly enriching experience, strengthening the bonds between teams and creating a solid foundation for increasingly close collaboration.
