EST was challenged by Barloworld STET to Supply of control board and synchronism of two generating sets of 1400kVA at Verallia Portugal, previously Saint – Gobain Mondego, SA.
The control panel makes it possible to control generator operations, monitor electrical and mechanical conditions and adjust parameters as necessary. The synchronization of the genset is essential so that the frequencies and voltages are aligned before connecting them to the electricity grid. This is crucial in order to avoid instability in the network and damage to the equipment. This work was important in order to guarantee safe and efficient operation.
