ATF, part of The Navigator Campany group, is the largest pulp and paper mill in Europe and was tasked with building Paper Machine No. 4.

In this project, EST, contracted by Metso Power OY, guaranteed the supply and installation of automation cables and the installation of MP4 instrumentation at the ATF plant in Setúbal.
