Job description

  • Monitor and re-budget ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives;
  • Monitor costs, revenues and margins, identifying potential deviations at an early stage;
  • Prepare cost estimates for changes and/or additional works;
  • Perform financial and operational analyses of projects, identifying opportunities to improve and optimise their performance;
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of project data in the ERP system;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting, management control and performance monitoring tools;
  • Work closely with Production Management, Project Directors and Management Control to support business performance and ensure compliance with Group standards.

Requirements

  • University degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a similar field;
  • Relevant experience in project management, monitoring or control, with exposure to cost control and/or management control;
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in project performance and cost control;
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Knowledge of Primavera ERP and Power BI will be valued;
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, as the role involves regular communication with the Group and participation in an international reporting environment;
  • Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and problem-solving profile;
  • Ability to work autonomously.
