Procurement and Logistics Assistant
Job description
Procurement and purchasing tasks;
Research of materials on websites and computer platforms;
Reporting;
- Act as an interlocutor with suppliers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum experience of 2 years in similar tasks: Purchasing, Logistics, Asset Management, fleet and facilities management. (experience in industrial and international projects valued);
Working knowledge of Procurement methods and approaches;
Excellent communication skills;
Minimum English level B2/C1 in speaking and writing (the official language of the projects is English).
Mastery of advanced EXCEL;
Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and in an environment with strict deadlines.
