Job description

  •  Procurement and purchasing tasks;

  • Research of materials on websites and computer platforms;

  • Reporting;

  • Act as an interlocutor with suppliers and other stakeholders.

     

Requirements

  •  Minimum experience of 2 years in similar tasks: Purchasing, Logistics, Asset Management, fleet and facilities management. (experience in industrial and international projects valued);

  • Working knowledge of Procurement methods and approaches;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Minimum English level B2/C1 in speaking and writing (the official language of the projects is English).

  • Mastery of advanced EXCEL;

  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and in an environment with strict deadlines.
