HSE Officer (M/F)
Duties to be performed

HSE Assistant;

Promote a safety-oriented culture;

Ensure compliance of all activities through the implementation of defined procedures, local legislation and customer requirements;

Daily monitoring of the work, on site;

Carry out initial and continuous training of employees (in Portuguese and English);

Ensure the verification/inspection of PPE, work equipment and machinery;
-
Prepare risk assessments (MSRA, SJA, etc.);
-
Promote the implementation of safe work solutions in unexpected situations;
-
Act as an interlocutor with the Client and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification as a senior technician/occupational safety technician (Level IV or VI);
- Minimum experience of 3 years in civil construction works (experience in industrial and international projects valued);
- Excellent communication skills. Minimum English level B2/C1 in speaking and writing (the official language of the projects is English);
- Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and in an environment with strict deadlines.
