VAC is a factory that produces stone powder in different granulometries, which is used in various industries such as food, feed, agriculture, construction, etc. It recently built new facilities with two production lines
VAC commissioned EST to design and implement all the electrical installation and automation in the new factory. This is made up of two separate production lines, the first of which produces stone powder in larger granulometries using hammer mills. The second line produces fines using a grinding system with a LOESCHE vertical mill. The production of fines is based on recipes, where the operator only has to choose the product and the system automatically adjusts and controls the process variables (pressures, temperatures, etc.), as well as storing them in the appropriate place.
