Integrated Management System Technician

Job description

  • Support the management and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS);
  • Collaborate in the implementation and continuous improvement of quality, environmental and safety management systems;
  • Support the preparation, organisation and follow-up of internal and external audits;
  • Manage and update management system documentation;
  • Monitor performance indicators and support their analysis;
  • Support the management of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions;
  • Promote quality best practices and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Integrated Management Systems, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field (preferred);
  • Knowledge of management systems (quality, environment and safety);
  • English language skills;
  • Strong organisational, analytical and attention-to-detail skills;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
