Through the Automation and Systems department, est has been greatly widening its target area, allowing it to develop and to stand out from the other enterprises in the electric sector, not only by the expansion of the recommended solutions but also by the technological and innovative features of those solutions.
In the ceaseless search for new solutions and with the objective of providing our clients with production systems, advanced commands and supervision suitable for each machine, process, factory, …, we’ve come to conceive and develop jobs in the automation area and industrial systems, in many areas, which go from the agro-food industry, to cements, chemicals, paper, services, plastic, glass, wood, etc.
As an enterprise linked to the electricity area and industrial engineering and with the development of these new technical aptitudes, est has come to affirm itself as an outstanding enterprise in the Portuguese market and more and more in the foreign market, in what regards to conception and development in automation solutions.
Certain of the importance of the use of technology and of innovation and considering the speed in which everything develops nowadays, the automation department team, consisting essentially of technicians with training in electrotechnics and informatics engineering, is a young team but with a decades experience already. This team is in constant training because this is only possible way to develop more demanding and sophisticated systems and integration of different technologies. The certifications and partnerships, not only with national but also with foreign entities, we have, come to prove this.
